Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and the health implications of used masks we are unable to accept returns.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

OTHER PRODUCTS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy for you to return it to us – either by post to 21 St Andrews Road, Caversham, Reading RG4 5PH, or to us in person at one of our markets.  The returned item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

DELIVERY

We aim to complete your order within 3 working days unless otherwise specified, however this may change due to the availability of fabric/wool.  If this is a gift for a special day please contact us. 

We offer free delivery to the RG4 postcode area. Please choose the RG4 option from the drop down list at check-out.

There will be a £2.00 delivery charge for all other areas within the UK.

You can choose to collect from one of our Caversham craft rooms by appointment or from one of the markets we attend. Please choose the Collect option from the drop-down list at check-out.
